Took the Variax and the cigar box.
Also took the Marshall amplifier,
SMB 58 mic, mic stand, (3 slot) guitar stand and a cable.
Put the CBG upside down in the upper hook of one slot in the guitar stand.
Used their music stand and chair.
Should probably have my own music stand.
Works as a small table too.
Marian suggested a rolling caddy to carry it all.
Forgot guitar chord, mic, and mic stand.
Had to go back to get them.
I had been a bit early and this made me a bit late.
Still got started on time.
Song list (up to 14 above) was just the right length (45 minutes).
In future: a checklist for each gig.
Amp mix was too much guitar and not enough vocal.
BnR host, Marian Huber, pointed this out after the first song and I adjusted it.
Not sure how to manage this.
Sound Check?
She liked the more "up beat" songs.
Folks liked the cigar box guitar.
Had to turn the volume up for it.
Have to remember to turn back down for guitar.
I decided against using my mini mixer
as it seemed to add some noise.
The logistics worked pretty well (aside from my forgetting the mic).
Only needed a single power outlet from the hosts to plug in the amp.
Also used their chair and music stand.
