IBM 029 Card Punch Code

Cards had 80 columns. Each column encoded one character. Each column had twelve positions that could be punched. From top to bottom they were numbered 12, 11, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9. No holes in a column encoded a space character. The twelve characters encode by a single hole were &-0123456789. The following table shows values for all the codes.
